Exparel is a FDA-approved, non-opioid medication that helps with pain managment after a surgery. It is delivered as an injection (shot) and can provide signifcant relief in post-vasectomy recovery, and minimizes testicular pain for up to 72 hours. Please consult with your doctor about the benefits and potential side effects of using exparel as an extended pain relief method to aid in the recovery from your vasectomy.

Compression Shorts
Keeps the blood flowing for a quicker recovery
Complete with a pouch for an ice pack, the shorts keep the blood flowing and inflammation down. Apply ice to the vasectomy site for 20 minutes, followed by 40 minutes without. Repeat these intervals as long as needed. Do not put ice directly on the skin. Instead, be sure to wrap the ice in a hand towell or use the ice bag with the compression shorts.

Mail-in Specimen Kit
No Need to Return to the Clinic to Provide a Sample
Everything you need to send your sample from home to the lab without returning to the clinic. Remember, you are not considered sterile until you have ONE negative semen analysis. The mail-in kit allows you to collect a sperm sample (at least six weeks and 25 ejaculations after your vasectomy), and send it into the lab for analysis to determine if sperm is present in the semen. You are then notified of the results.
